ESOS programme delivery

Portfolio-wide audit under ESOS Phase 4, run to statutory scope, with a costed action plan ranked by payback and carbon impact. The audit is where the work starts. The action plan, tender and savings tracking that follow are where your bill comes down.

The programme is delivered in the sequence set out by the ESOS Phase 4 sampling methodology: scope boundary, significant energy consumption calculation, de minimis assessment, site sampling, and a signed-off audit plan. The 2027 deliverable is the audit programme, statutory Stage 4 report and board director sign-off, alongside an action plan your board and finance team can actually use.

From compliance to a costed plan

  1. 1

    Compliance

Lead Assessor delivery, compliance report, director sign-off and MESOS filing.

  2. 2

    Costed plan

What to do, what it saves, what it pays back and the carbon it cuts.

  3. 3

    Tender

A tender to get the work done.

  4. 4

    Performance tracking

Energy, cost and carbon tracked after the work is complete.

Energy reduction programmes

Tendering and procurement of the opportunities identified, via Energy Performance Contracting or other funding models, managed through to delivery and verified savings. This is where the audit stops being a compliance document and starts reducing your bill.
